The Everlast Cyclone 373DPi is the latest generation digital Single and Double Pulse MIG welder, building on the proven performance of its predecessor with increased power, enhanced functionality and an intuitive user interface.
Designed for professional fabrication, manufacturing and production environments, the Cyclone 373DPi features a fully digital IGBT inverter, advanced synergic controls, and separate wire feeder with integrated HD colour display. The system supports conventional MIG, Single Pulse, Double Pulse, Flux-Cored MIG, DC Lift TIG and Stick welding, making it an extremely versatile workshop machine.
The remote wire feeder provides complete control over all MIG functions, while the main power source includes an integrated water cooler and heavy-duty trolley, delivering a complete water-cooled welding package ready for demanding industrial applications.

Material Capacity:

Aluminium
Using the supplied water-cooled torch, PTFE liner and U-groove drive rolls:
- Single-pass welding up to 10 mm
- Multi-pass welding over 19 mm
- Pulse welding down to approximately 0.6 mm
For longer aluminium welding distances, a Push-Pull torch such as the Parker SG360A or Parker DSP360 is recommended.
MIG Brazing
- Minimum material thickness: 0.6 mm
- Practical maximum thickness: 5–6 mm
Stick Welding
- Electrode size: 1.6–4.0 mm
Generator Requirements
When operating from a generator, ensure it supplies clean, stable power with a Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of 5% or less.
Recommended minimum generator capacity:
- 15.5 kVA peak output
Use of generators exceeding 5% THD or with insufficient output may damage the machine and void the warranty.
Always use correctly rated power cables and avoid undersized extension leads.
Power plug not included. Installation should be completed by a qualified electrician using the appropriate connector for the local three-phase supply.
