Shipping policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Please ensure you enter your email correctly at checkout to ensure you receive order updates and tracking information. An email will be automatically sent to your email address once your order has been picked up by the courier. Please check your junk/spam folder as the email contains attachments which can cause the email to go to junk/spam.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
If not in stock, please contact us sales@fabsupply.co.nz for turnaround time and shipping times.
We are unable to courier items to P.O box addresses.
If you enter your address at checkout and it does not accept it, please email sales@fabsupply.co.nz with your address.
Once you have entered your shipping details at checkout when making a purchase the shipping costs will be calculated depending on the location of shipping address, size, and weight of the order.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless stated within the product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking information.
Please allow extra order processing time during sales.
NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS:
Depending on your order weight/size we use New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste delivery for smaller items and Kiwi Express or Crossroad Courier services for welders and larger items. Depending on package size and weight this will either be an overnight service or 2-5 working days if a residential address. Rural deliveries can be an extra 2-3 working days on top of this. All packages require a signature. If nobody is home, a call to collect cards that will be left in your letterbox or at your front door.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
For our international customers we are sorry we only ship Everlast welders throughout New Zealand. Please contact your local Everlast Supplier, or if you are unsure who that is please email sales@fabsupply.co.nz and we can put you in contact.
