Everlast Cyclone 313Pi Pulse MIG Welder

The Everlast Cyclone 313Pi is a professional-grade pulse MIG welding machine designed for fabricators who demand greater control, cleaner welds and advanced welding performance across a wide range of materials.

Built for fabrication workshops and industrial environments, the Cyclone 313Pi combines advanced Pulse MIG technology with intelligent synergic controls to deliver consistent weld quality while simplifying machine setup. Pulse MIG reduces spatter, improves weld appearance and provides superior heat control, particularly when welding thinner materials and aluminium.

The Cyclone 313Pi supports:

  • Pulse MIG
  • Standard MIG
  • Gas-Shielded Flux-Cored MIG
  • Gasless Flux-Cored MIG
  • DC Stick Welding

Its synergic control system automatically optimises welding parameters, making setup faster while maintaining professional-quality weld performance.

Welding Capacity

Steel & Stainless Steel

  • Minimum material thickness approximately 0.6–0.8 mm
  • Single-pass welding up to 13 mm
  • Multi-pass welding over 25 mm

Aluminium

  • Minimum material thickness approximately 2 mm
  • Single-pass welding up to 10 mm
  • Multi-pass welding over 25 mm

Actual welding capacity depends on material type, joint preparation, wire diameter, shielding gas, welding position and operator experience.

Notes

  • For best daily performance, select a welder with capacity comfortably above your typical material thickness rather than operating continually at its maximum output.
  • Smaller wire diameters may require optional drive rolls, liners or MIG torches for optimum performance.
  • Aluminium welding requires a PTFE liner together with U-groove drive rolls.
  • For dedicated use with 0.6 mm or 0.8 mm wire, a smaller MIG torch may provide improved wire feeding performance.
  • Extended or dedicated gasless flux-cored welding is best performed using a dedicated flux-cored MIG torch.
  • Power plug not included. Installation should be completed by a qualified electrician using the appropriate connector for the local three-phase supply.
