Everlast PowerTIG 325EXT AC/DC TIG Welder | 3 Phase
Everlast PowerTIG 325EXT AC/DC TIG Welder
The Everlast PowerTIG 325EXT is built for superior industrial performance. Featuring digitally controlled microprocessor IGBT inverter technology and up to 325 amps of AC/DC TIG welding power, the PowerTIG 325EXT delivers exceptional welding performance on aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and a wide range of exotic materials.
Designed for professional fabrication and manufacturing environments, the PowerTIG 325EXT combines advanced AC and DC TIG functionality with extensive adjustment controls, allowing welders to fine tune arc characteristics for maximum weld quality, penetration and precision.
One of the standout features is Advanced AC Pulse, which increases penetration when welding aluminium while reducing heat input, distortion and the risk of burn-through on thinner materials. Combined with adjustable AC frequency, AC balance and selectable AC waveforms, the 325EXT offers outstanding arc control for virtually any application.
The latest generation also features HV Start, an electronically controlled high-frequency ignition system that eliminates traditional point-gap maintenance while providing fast, reliable arc starts.
The Fan-On-Demand cooling system only operates when required, reducing noise and minimising dust intake while extending component life.
