RedSabre 750 Air-Cooled 3-in-1 Handheld Fibre Laser System

The RedSabre 750 is a compact, portable 3-in-1 handheld fibre laser system designed for precision welding, cutting and surface cleaning. Its innovative air-cooled design eliminates the need for a large external water chiller, making it one of the lightest and most portable industrial laser systems in its class.

Unlike traditional water-cooled fibre lasers, which can weigh several times more, the RedSabre 750 uses a high-efficiency air-cooling system and advanced high-temperature diode technology to significantly reduce overall size and weight. The result is a compact tabletop unit that's easy to transport between workshops and job sites while still delivering professional laser welding performance.

The ergonomic SUP21T handheld laser gun is designed for comfort during extended use and incorporates multiple safety features for reliable day-to-day operation. The RedSabre 750 combines three essential fabrication processes into one machine:

  • Laser Welding
  • Laser Cutting
  • Laser Cleaning & Surface Preparation

Fibre laser technology continues to revolutionise fabrication by providing faster welding speeds, minimal heat distortion, cleaner welds and significantly less post-weld finishing compared to conventional welding processes. Once reserved for large industrial manufacturers, handheld fibre lasers are now an affordable and practical solution for fabrication workshops, repair businesses and light manufacturing.

The RedSabre 750 features an integrated colour touchscreen interface, allowing operators to quickly select welding, cutting or cleaning modes without complicated programming.

Designed for manual handheld operation only. Not intended for automated or robotic welding applications.

Safety Information

The RedSabre 750 is a Class 4 Fibre Laser, the highest laser hazard classification. Appropriate laser safety procedures must always be followed.

  • Laser radiation is invisible and can cause serious eye and skin injury.
  • Only use laser safety glasses specifically rated for the 1080 nm wavelength used by this machine.
  • Standard welding helmets and conventional welding lenses must not be used as laser eye protection.
  • Suitable laser safety barriers or enclosed work areas should be used to prevent accidental exposure.
  • Operators should receive appropriate laser safety training before operating the machine.

For workplaces with employees, New Zealand health and safety legislation may require additional risk assessments, operator training and the implementation of laser safety procedures. Always ensure the laser system is installed and operated in accordance with applicable workplace safety requirements.

Consult your health and safety advisor and insurance provider to ensure your facility meets all applicable requirements before commissioning the machine.
