Gas Flow Tester

Gas flowmeters are a simple, affordable way to test welding machines and gas regulators throughout your workshop, helping identify incorrect gas flow rates and reduce unnecessary gas wastage.

To use, disconnect the wire feed drive roll, point the weld gun nozzle upward, and hold the Gas Flow Checker firmly against the end of the welding nozzle. Press the welding gun trigger to allow gas to flow through the torch. The gas pressure lifts the stainless-steel ball inside the clear acrylic tube, allowing you to accurately read the gas flow rate from the printed scale.

The easy-to-read scale displays flow rates for Argon, CO₂, and Nitrogen in both litres per minute (L/min) and cubic feet per hour (CFH).
