Everlast RedSabre 1500 Laser Welder, Cleaner & Cutter
See how the RedSabre 1500 compares with other NZ laser welders →
The Everlast RedSabre 1500 is a 1500W air-cooled fibre laser for welding, cutting and removing rust, paint and surface contamination, made for professional fabrication workshops that want a compact, portable laser. Air cooling removes the need for the large, heavy water-cooling systems usually found at this power, reducing size, weight and maintenance.
It comes with the ergonomic SUP21T handheld laser gun, detachable colour touchscreen controls and a synchronised wire feeder. Fibre lasers give fast, accurate welds with less heat input than traditional welding. For manual operation only; not intended for automatic or CNC-controlled use.

Laser Safety Information
This is a Class 4 laser system and requires appropriate safety controls. Laser radiation can cause serious injury even though the wavelength is outside visible light. Operators must use:
- Laser-rated safety eyewear suitable for the 1080nm wavelength
- Correct laser shielding equipment
- Approved laser safety procedures
- Appropriate operator training
Standard welding helmets and cutting shades are not suitable for laser operation. Businesses using laser equipment may need additional workplace safety procedures, operator training, certification and insurance approval. Always confirm local workplace safety requirements before installation and operation.
