Everlast Cyclone 313Pi Pulse MIG Welder | 3 Phase
The Everlast Cyclone 313Pi is a professional-grade pulse MIG welding machine built for fabricators wanting greater control, cleaner weld quality, and advanced welding performance across multiple materials.
Designed for workshop and fabrication environments, the Cyclone 313Pi combines advanced pulse MIG technology with intelligent synergic controls to improve weld consistency while making setup faster and easier. Pulse MIG technology reduces spatter, improves weld appearance, and offers better heat control when welding thinner materials and aluminium.
The Cyclone 313Pi supports:
• Pulse MIG welding
• Standard MIG welding
• DC TIG welding
• DC Stick welding
Making it a versatile machine for fabrication shops requiring flexibility across multiple applications.
Synergic controls automatically help balance welding parameters, improving ease of use while maintaining professional weld quality.

Notes:
Never purchase a welder for the Minimum or Maximum settings for daily use. Always pick a number somewhere between the two for your daily average thicknesses. Minimum and Maximum settings are subject to operator skill, knowledge, wire diameter, joint prep, joint type, weld gas mix and welding position. Maximum ratings may not concur with welding codes. The minimum and maximum capacity ratings may require an optional liner and/or an additional MIG Gun, and drive rolls to achieve. Steel/Stainless maximum figures are based off of a Spray Transfer, in flat position with a suitable spray-capable gas mixture
This unit may require the purchase of additional drive rolls, MIG Guns, and MIG Gun liners to weld with wire smaller than .045". Additionally, this MIG Gun is designed for primarily axial spray (spray arc) welding. For best results with smaller liners, purchase a 24 series MIG Gun and Blue Liner for .035" diameter wire. A Teflon Liner is required for aluminum along with U Groove Drive Rolls.
For .023" and .030" exclusive use, 15 series MIG Gun should be purchased.
Dedicated or extended use of gasless flux-cored operation will require a flux-cored gun, available from aftermarket sources. Contact Everlast Welders for recommendations if this is planned.
