Everlast PowerMTS 400 Multi-Process Welder
The Everlast PowerMTS 400 is a robust CC/CV power source designed for professional MIG, TIG, and Stick welding applications. Unlike integrated inverter-wire feeder systems, the PowerMTS 400 features a separate power supply and wire feeder, offering enhanced portability and flexibility on large job sites.
Ideal for industrial, commercial, and smaller welding shops, this dual voltage, dual phase welder operates efficiently on single-phase 240V or three-phase 240V power (with reduced output on single phase). Delivering up to 400 amps at a 60% duty cycle, the PowerMTS 400 provides reliable, continuous welding performance.
Designed for heavy-duty use, this unit includes advanced hot start and arc force control settings, enabling clean root passes with E6010 or 5P+ electrodes without sticking or arc interruptions. The PowerMTS 400 supports multiple welding processes with dedicated modes for scratch start TIG, flux-core, MIG, Stick welding, and even Air Carbon Arc gouging and cutting.
Compared to other CC/CV power sources like the Miller XMT® and Lincoln Invertec®, the PowerMTS 400 offers superior features and performance at a more competitive price.
This all-in-one package includes a wire feeder, clamps, cables, torches, and a convenient welding cart, making it ready for immediate use on any job site or in any welding shop. Whether you need full multi-process capability or just the MIG function, the PowerMTS 400 stands out as a powerful, portable, and versatile welding solution.
