Everlast PowerPlasma 62i with CNC Package
The proven Everlast PowerPlasma 62i in a CNC-only package, with the basics to get started on your plasma table, including a CNC port and CNC machine torch. It suits everyone from the weekend enthusiast to the fabrication shop running a small plasma table.
Built on an IGBT inverter platform for lower weight and better reliability and performance, it has a recommended cut of 9.5mm (3/8"), clean cuts up to 19mm (3/4") at reduced speed, and pierces up to 7.9mm (5/16") for production cutting. The iPT 60M CNC torch is a proven, long-life Italian design with blowback start, pilot arc and a range of consumable choices, and the 3-second tip saver limits pilot arc time when no cutting is taking place to reduce consumable wear.

Plasma CNC capacity depends on several factors. Ideal cutting needs dry air, new consumables and the right air pressure. Capacity is reduced when cutting CNC because of duty cycle, starting the cut and the higher cutting speeds demanded. Cut quality depends on consumable orifice size, standoff height and travel speed.

Notes
To improve consumable life and prevent torch damage, you must supply and install a separate inline air dryer as well as the regulator/water trap supplied by Everlast. The supplied water trap is not designed to remove all moisture from the air.
CNC torch included. The hand torch is not included in this package but can be purchased separately.
If running on a generator, it must be certified by its manufacturer as "clean power" and rated for a minimum of 10,000 surge watts.
