The Everlast RedSabre 2000 is a 2000W air-cooled fibre laser system for welding, cutting and removing rust, paint and surface contamination. It suits automotive, fabrication, engineering and industrial workshops that want high-speed laser welding in a compact, portable package.

Instead of a large external water cooling system, the RedSabre 2000 uses high-volume cooling fans and high-temperature diode technology, which keeps size, weight and maintenance down. A detachable colour touchscreen controller and synchronised wire feeder make setup simple. For manual operation only; not intended for automatic or CNC-controlled applications.

Laser Safety

This is a Class 4 laser system and requires appropriate safety controls. Laser radiation can cause serious injury even though the wavelength is outside visible light.

Operators must use:

• Laser-rated safety eyewear suitable for 1080 nm wavelength
• Appropriate laser shielding equipment
• Correct laser safety procedures
• Operator training before use

Standard welding helmets or cutting shades are not suitable for laser operation. Businesses using laser equipment may need additional workplace safety procedures, operator training and insurance approval depending on their operating environment.
