The RedSabre 3000X is a high-performance 3000W refrigeration-cooled fibre laser welder, designed for precision welding, cutting, and cleaning of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Operating on 3 phase 240V/480V power, this compact and portable laser welder features an ergonomic handheld laser gun with a 10m cable, ideal for industrial metal fabrication, automotive repairs, and manufacturing applications.
With its advanced fibre laser technology and a 1070 nm wavelength, the RedSabre 3000X delivers smooth, accurate welds on steel up to 0.280” and aluminium up to 0.250”, while also cutting steel up to 0.280” and aluminium up to 0.260”. The unit’s refrigeration cooling system enables continuous operation over 12 hours, reducing size and weight compared to traditional water-cooled fibre lasers and boosting reliability and uptime.
This Class 4 laser welder includes a separate wire feeder and a detachable touchscreen colour LCD control panel for precise process control. Lightweight yet durable, the base unit weighs 333 lbs, with a 30 lb feeder attachment, making it highly portable for on-site and workshop use.

NOTE:
- This is a class 4 laser, the most dangerous category. Safety Training and special laser light shielding equipment is required to use lasers for any application. Laser light radiation can be harmful, even though the wavelength is not visible to the naked eye.
- Use safety glasses only matched to the wavelength of this unit. Other specialised safety equipment is also required. Do not use standard cutting shades or welding helmets while using this equipment. Use only safety eye and face wear rated for 1080 nm wave lengths.
- The use of a laser in your business may require you to follow additional guidelines separate from the use of regular welders. It may also require special training and certifications that require additional investment and costs. In businesses with employees, you may be required to appoint a Laser Safety Officer with completed training and certification and additionally train individual operators and nearby individuals in laser safety and use.
- Contact independent laser safety certification companies for details and pricing of training. Most companies offer online certification, with some offering in person training as well. Prices vary for certification.
- Check with your insurance company to make sure that the use of a laser welder in your facility is covered if training and certifications are in place.
