Furick BBW #16 Ceramic TIG Cup – Single

The Furick BBW #16 Ceramic TIG Cup is a high-performance TIG welding cup designed to provide excellent shielding gas coverage and improved weld visibility for precision welding applications.

The BBW design has become a favourite among professional welders thanks to its diffuser system that produces a strong, stable argon flow, helping achieve cleaner welds and better arc stability. The ceramic version delivers the same performance as the original BBW cup while offering the durability of ceramic construction.

This cup threads directly onto a 45V44 gas lens for 9 or 20 TIG torches, while 17, 18, and 26 torches require an adapter kit. It is designed primarily for DC TIG welding using 3/32" (2.4 mm) tungsten, with recommended argon flow around 30 CFH for optimal shielding coverage.

The large #16 cup size provides wide gas coverage, making it ideal for welding stainless steel, titanium, Inconel and other exotic alloys, especially on larger weld areas or thicker materials.
