The Tube Polishing & Sanding Machine is a must-have tool for fabricators looking to achieve professional finishes on stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel tube.

Designed to polish and sand tubing up to 5" (127mm) diameter, this versatile machine is ideal for exhaust fabrication, intercooler piping, handrails, snorkels, roll cages, and custom fabrication projects. The wrap-around belt design delivers a consistent finish around the entire tube, making it far faster and more uniform than using traditional flap discs or hand sanding methods.

Compatible with both Scotch-Brite belts and abrasive sanding belts, the machine can be used for surface preparation, weld blending, satin finishing, or polishing work depending on the belt selected.

Powered by a 900W 240V motor, it provides the performance needed for workshop fabrication while remaining portable and easy to use.
